Study of functional systems on base of electrically conducting polymer layers

Abstract:

This work deals with the application of conducting polymers by means of printing and coating. The synthsis, preparation and optimization of the conducting polymer dispersion inks are described. Various printing and coating techniques are applied for the thin film deposition and mitually compared. Futhermore, the differences in the properties of the conducting polymer films, which were prepared using different deposition processes for the fabrication of electronic devices is demonstrated as well.

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá využitím vodivých polymerů v oblasti tisku a jiných technik nanášení. V práci jsou potrobně popsány procesy syntézy, přípravy a optimalizace barev na bázi disperzí vodivých polymerů. Dále jsou v práci využity různé techniky tisku a nanášení tenkých vrstev, které jsou vzájemně porovnány. Rpzdíly ve výsledných vlastnostech vodivých polymerních vrstev připravených pomocí různých technik nanášení jsou dále diskutovány. V závěru práce je naznačeno možné využití připravených disperzních systémů a zminěných technik nanášení pro přípravu elektrických součástek.
