Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob ve společnosti XYZ. Teoretická část je orientována na vysvětlení základních pojmů zabývajících se logistikou se zaměřením na řízením zásob, jako je definice zásob, jejich dělení a význam pro podnik. The bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of inventory management within the company XYZ. The theoretical section of this thesis is focused on defining key terms connected to logistics: such as supplies division and their importance to companies.
