Error in Criminal Law
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku omylu v českém trestním právu. Větší část práce se věnuje omylu a jeho dělení z pohledu teorie trestního práva. Dále se autor věnuje této problematice z pohledu začlenění omylu pachatele do "nového" trestního zákoníku.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is aimed at the problem of error in Czech criminal law. Majority of this work is focused on error from teoretical point of view. Furthermore, the author pays attention to an error an his inconporation in to the criminal law system.
