Counselling in activities of selected scout troops

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá doprovázením v činnosti vybraných skautských oddílů. Práce si klade za cíl zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky: Jaký mají postoj k doprovázení svých členů v obtížných životních situacích činovníci vybraných skautských oddílů a členové oddílů? Práce je členěna na tři kapitoly: teoretickou, metodologickou a interpretační. V rámci teoretické části je definován koncept doprovázení a objasněny pojmy skauting, činovník, člen, životní situace a postoj. Metodologická část se zabývá kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií a metodou sběru dat, kterou je polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Interpretační část se zaměřuje na zodpovězení dílčích výzkumných otázek skrze analýzu rozhovorů. Dílčí výzkumné otázky jsou zaměřené na kognitivní, emocionální a behaviorální složku postojů. Data jsou zpracována na základě otevřeného kódování. V závěru práce je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a uvedeny doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of counselling in activities of selected scout troops. The aim of the thesis is to answer an elementary research question: What attitudes do the scoutmasters and members of scout troops adopt towards counselling of members in difficult life situations? The bachelor thesis has been divided into three parts – theoretical, methodological and interpretative. The theoretical part of thesis defines elementary terms of the thesis, for example scouting, scoutmaster, member of scout troop, life situation and attitude. Methodological part has been focused on the qualitative research method and data collection method (semi-structured interview). There have been answered partial research questions at the third part of thesis. Partial research questions have been focused on the cognitive, emotional and behavioral component of attitudes. Data are compiled on the basis of open coding. In conclusion has been answered elementary research question and has been included recommendations for practise.
