Deployment of Arduino-type microcontrollers in the field of security

Abstract:

Hlavním účelem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit možnosti nasazení mikrokontrolérů typu Arduino v bezpečnosti. Výsledným produktem je pak vytvoření funkčního modelu bezpečnostního zařízení pracujícího na platformě Arduino. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je představeno Arduino. Součástí práce je i stručná teorie popisující druhy bezpečnostních technologií a systémů. V praktické části jsou navržena reálná využití Arduina v bezpečnosti a zkonstruován ukázkový model.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to access options of Arduino microcontrollers' use in safety. Creating a safety device's functional prototype (model) working on Arduino's platform is going to be the final outcome. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. Arduino is presented in the theoretical part. A brief theory desribing types of the securtiy technologies and system sis also the part of this thesis. Arduino's real use in safety is designed in the practical part and a sample model is constructed here.
