Cieľom bakalárskej práce je odhaliť faktory, ktoré ovplyvňujú negatívne prejavy byrokra-cie. K tomu sú použité najmä teoretické poznatky niektorých významných osobností, ktorí sa touto problematikou zaoberali. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to identify factors that influence negative symptoms of bureaucracy. In order to do that a synthesis of theoretical knowledge introduced by key figures dealing with this issue is presented.
