Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo provést molekulární charakterizaci exfoliatin A-konvertujících fágů serologických skupin A a B (čeleď Siphoviridae), které byly izolované indukcí UV zářením z genomů virulentních kmenů Staphylococcus aureus. Abstract:
We have studied four ETA-converting phages, three belonging to serogroup B and one of serogroup A. All phages were isolated from clinical ET-positive strains of S. aureus acquired from Czek and Slovak hospitals. In the center of our interest were especially B-phages 531, 534 and 557 included in this set.
