Selected Types of Crime and Their Prevention at Local Government Level

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou prevence sociálně patologických jevů a prevence kriminality prostřednictvím tzv. tepelných map. Hlavním cílem této práce je informovat čtenáře o tzv. mapách budoucnosti, které jsou pouze obdobných nástrojem tepelných map. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, tj. teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části této práce jsou uvedeny pojmy v oblasti kriminality a v oblasti sociální patologie. Součástí teoretické části je i popis prevence kriminality na lokální úrovni (na úrovni samosprávy) a vybrané druhy kriminality a druhu závažných sociálně patologických jevů, které se pak prolínají v praktické části. Praktická část je věnována samotnému výzkumu práce, jejíž obsahem je výzkum od stolu, tzv. desk research a popis tematického zaměření, cílové skupiny, metody a výsledků. Tato část je zakončena diskusí a návrhovými opatřeními, které mohou umožnit lépe reagovat na bezpečnostní situaci na místní úrovni.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the prevention of socially pathological phenomena and crime prevention through so-called thermal maps. The main goal of this work is to inform the reader about the so-called maps of the future, which are only similar to the tool of thermal maps. The work consists of two parts, ie theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of this work introduces concepts in the field of crime and social pathology. Part of the theoretical part is also a description of crime prevention at the local level (at the level of self-government) and selected types of crime and the type of serious social pathological phenomena, which then intertwine in the practical part. The practical part is devoted to the research of the work itself, the content of which is research from the table, the so-called desk research and a description of the thematic focus, target group, methods and results. This section concludes with a discussion and proposal measures that can make it possible to respond better to the security situation at the local level.
