Tato práce se zabývá ne příliš probíraným tématem, a to je nejčastěji páchaná trestná činnost ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Cílem práce je srovnat a posoudit statistické údaje páchané trestné činnosti a zabývat se nejčastější páchanou trestnou činností ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Tato práce má šest kapitol. This bachelor’s thesis deals with a not much discussed topic and this is the most frequently committed crime in the execution of a custodial sentence. The aim of this work is to Compaq and assess the statistical data of committed crime and to deal with the most common crime in the execution of imprisonment. This work has six chapters.
