Tato práce studuje problematiku vlivu různé topografie vzorku na analýzu metodou LA-ICP-MS. Pro dva standardní materiály a několik vzorků čistých prvků byly připraveny sady vzorků o různé drsnosti povrchu. Abstract:
This work studies the influence of different sample topography on analysis by the LA-ICP-MS method. Set of samples with different surface roughness was created for two standard materials and for several samples of pure elements.
