Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je analýza metod pro hodnocení hodnoty podniku. Nejprve jsou vymezena teoretická východiska, která jsou zaměřena na poznatky z odborné literatury o finanční analýze a metodách oceňování. V analytické části je představena společnost XY s. r. o., je provedena finanční analýza a ocenění podniku. Závěrem jsou zhodnoceny výsledky a formulovány návrhy ke zlepšení.
Abstract:
The topic of the my diploma thesis is analysis methods for evalution value of company. The theoretical part focuses in the findinng from literature about financial analysis and methods of valuation. In the practical part is introduced company XYs. r. o., is performed financial analysis and valuation of the company.
