Criminalistic Expertise

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalistickou expertizou se zaměřením na expertizu daktyloskopickou. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí.Úkolem první části je podat ucelený obsah informací o znaleckém zkoumání. Druhá, hlavní a také stěžejní část se detailněji zaměřuje na daktyloskopickou expertizu, především na vznik, výskyt, vyhledávání, zviditelňování a zajišťování daktyloskopických stop. V dalších částech je zmíněna kriminalistická trasologie a mechanoskopie. Cílem mé práce bylo prohloubení vlastních teoretických znalostí a seznámení čtenářů s daným tématem.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is concerned with the Criminalistic Expertise with the focuse on the Dactyloscopic Expertise. The thesis is divided into the several parts. The task of the first part is to provide a comprhensive overview about connoisseurship. The key part, is the second part of this thesis, which is focused on the Dactyloscopic Expertise primarily on it´s origin, occurance, researching, visibility and hedging of trace evidence. The Criminalistic Trasology and Mechanoscopy are mentioned in other parts of the thesis. The purpose of this thesis was to broaden my own knowledge of the theory as well as to introduce the topic to readers.
