Podnětem projektové dokumentace novostavby objektu pro zemědělství s bytovou jednotkou majitele je požadavek stavebníka na návrh a zpracování projektové dokumentace v rozsahu pro stavební povolení pro objekt, který bude sloužit pro zemědělskou prvovýrobu a zároveň bude vyhovovat pro rodinné bydlení na okraji malé vsi.
