Abstract:
Autor : Tomáš Hampl Název diplomové práce : Online sázení Typ práce : BP Obsah práce : V předložené práci se snažím v teoretické části o identifikaci české právní úpravy v oblasti online sázení. Dále se zabývám kontrolní a povolovací činností. V praktické části se zaměřuji na aktuální problémy s online sázením v České republice a v závěru práce jsem navrhnul možná řešení aktuálních problémů.
