Práce se zabývá problematikou CK a jejich úlohou v české ekonomice. Rozbor vychází ze zákona č. 159/1999 Sb., který mj. definuje právní postavení cestovních kanceláří (CK). Kromě právních předpisů je pro všechny CK závazný Morální kodex jejich jednání z června 1997. Ten ustanovuje vztahy mezi Asociací CK (ACK), obch. partnery a klienty CK. Abstract:
Work on travel agencies (TA) and their role in Czech economy. The analysis based on Act No. 159/1999 Coll., ia. defines the legal status of TA. Besides the law is binding for all FKN their Moral code of June 1997. It establishes the relationships between Association of travel agencies (ATA), business partners and clients TA.
