Methodology for the Establishment and Organization of Events of the Association

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou založení a činností zapsaných spolků. Teoretická část vysvětluje význam a rozdělení neziskových organizací a možnosti jejich financování. Jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky související se založením zapsaného spolku a jeho účetními a daňovými aspekty. Jsou analyzovány způsoby, kterými lze organizovat veřejné akce a dále představeny zapsané spolky v České republice a porovnány v rámci významných hledisek. Na základě analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí je sestavena a vyhodnocena SWOT analýza. V praktické části je vypracován obecný postup, který popisuje založení zapsaného spolku, vedení účetnictví, zpracování daní, získání živnostenského oprávnění, problematiku zaměstnávání a tvorbu vnitřních směrnic. Podle tohoto postupu je založen zapsaný spolek Valaši vespolek, z. s. a uspořádána a zdokumentována společensko-kulturní akce Pivní pochod. Každý provedený úkon je promítnut do účetnictví a následně do daní.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issues of establishment and activities of the associations. The theoretical part explains the meaning and distribution of non-profit organizations and possibilities of their financing. The theoretical findings related with an establishment of the associations and its accounting and tax aspects are written up. The ways how public events can be organized are analyzed, as well as associations in the Czech Republic which are compared in important respects. Based on the analysis of the external and internal environment, a SWOT analysis is compiled and evaluated. In the practical part there is developed the methodology which describes the establishment of a registered association, an accounting, a tax processing, an obtaining a trade license, an employment issues and a creating of an internal directives. According to this methodology, the registered association Valaši vespolek, z. s. is founded and the socio-cultural event called Pivní pochod is organized and documented. Each action is reflected in accounting and then in taxes.
