Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vedení personální a mzdové agendy a problematiku, která s těmito činnostmi souvisí. Cílem práce je popsat úkoly, které souvisejí s nástupem nového pracovníka a prokázat znalosti při výpočtu mezd. Tyto cíle jsou splněny jak z teoretického, tak z praktického hlediska. Teoretická část objasňuje povinnosti, které vznikají zaměstnavateli při vzniku pracovního poměru, typy pracovněprávních vztahů a formy odměňování pracovníků. Všechny poznatky získané z teorie jsou využity při zpracování aplikační části. V aplikační části se nachází stručné představení firmy, a především výpočty mezd vybraných pracovníků na různých pracovních pozicích od roku 2014 do roku 2016. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření, které je zaměřeno na spokojenost zaměstnanců se systémem odměňování. V závěru práce jsou na základě výsledků uvedeny možnosti a doporučení pro zvolenou firmu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the personnel and payroll agenda and issues related to these activities. The goal of the word is to describe the tasks associated with the onset of a new employee and proof the knowledge in the calculation of the employees wages. These goals are fullfilled from theorectical and practical perspective. The theorectical part of the work explains the duties which arise employer in an employment relationship types of labor relations and forms of rewarding employees. All knowledge gained from theory are used in the processing of the application part. The application part is a brief introduction of the company and especially wage calculation of the chosen employees in different working positions from the year 2014 to the year 2016. The work also includes a survey that is focused on employee satisfaction with the system of rewarding. In the end of the work are options and recommendations for the chosen company based on the results.
