The rules for traders in Czech republic : from the point of institutional economics view

Abstract:

Práce je věnována problematice živnostenského podnikání a formálním (legislativním) pravidlům utvářející podnikatelské prostředí. Náplní a cílem této práce je zjištění odlišností podmínek živnostenského podnikání v ČR a EU. Práce pojednává o úloze státu v této oblasti, podpoře podnikání a zajištění této podpory prostřednictvím institucí, dále také o podpoře podnikání a institucionálním zajištění podpory v EU. V práci jsou porovnány statistické údaje vztahující se na tuto problematiku v rámci ČR a EU včetně vyvození závěrů z toho vyplývajících.

Abstract:

The work is devoted to the self-employment and formal (legislative) rules shaping the business environment. The content and the aim of this study is to identify differences in terms of business in the Czech republic and the EU. Paper discusses the role of law in this area, supporing entrepreneurship and providing this support through the institutions as well as promoting entrepreneurship and ensuring institutional support in the EU. The paper compares the statistical data related to this issue within the Czech republic and the EU including drawing conclusions from it.
