This bachelor thesis aims to analyze a social enterprise in gastronomy with a common analyzing tool - SWOT analysis. This topic is applied to two specific social enterprises in Czech and Slovak Republic. Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia sociálneho podniku. V teoretickej časti rozoberá pojmy ako sociálna ekonomika, sociálne podnikanie, znevýhodnené skupiny ľudí a taktiež približuje sociálne podnikanie na Slovensku a v Českej republike.
