Abstract:

Diplomová práce podává přehled o aktuální situaci na globálním finančním trhu a vývoji finanční integrace v souvislosti s budováním jednotného trhu v Evropské unii. Práce poskytuje náhled na jednotlivé události na finančních trzích, které vedly ke vzniku současné světové hospodářské krize a podává s tím související vysvětlení o významu a důležitosti kvalitní regulace a supervize finančních trhů. Na základě dostupných informací je v této práci popsán vývoj Jednotné oblasti pro platby v eurech (SEPA) s přihlédnutím k současné situaci na finančních trzích.

Abstract:

The thesis gives an overview of the current situation on global financial market and development of financial integration in the context of building a single market in the European Union. The thesis provides insight into the events in financial markets, giving rise to the current global economic crisis and provides the related explanation of the meaning and importance of improved financial sector regulation and supervision. Based on available information, the thesis describes the development of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), taking into account the present situation on financial markets.
