S masivním rozvojem květu sinic je spojeno mnoho negativních účinků na organismy, souvisejících s jejich sekundárními aktivními metabolity – cyanotoxiny. Abstract:
With the massive developtment of aquatic cyanobacterial water bloom are related negative effects on living organisms. The effects are dependent on cyanotoxins. One of the negative effects is endocrine disruption. The thesis especially focuses on endocrine disruption of cyanobacterial compounds (phytoestrogens).
