Crime of the Minors, Prevention and Education

Abstract:

Práce poskytuje teoretický pohled na oblast trestné činnosti dětí a mládeže, na možnosti v oblasti prevence tohoto sociálně patologického jevu. Je zde nastíněno dělení trestné činnosti mládeže, provedena analýza vývoje kriminality na okrese Prostějov v letech 2003 až 2007. Jsou zde také uvedeny základní postupy při jednání a komunikaci s delikventní mládeží a základní oblasti prevence kriminality mládeže. Diplomová práce současně poukazuje na vzrůstající brutalitu páchané trestné činnosti těmito věkovými kategoriemi a upozorňuje na vlivy, které k tomu vedou. V diplomové práci jsou také popsány vybrané druhy nejčastěji páchané trestné činnosti. V závěru jsem se pokusil zjistit dotazníkovým šetřením na Základní škole v Plumlově jaký je současný stav mládeže v činnostech, které můžou vést k zahájení delikventního života mladého jedince

Abstract:

The thesis is looking upon the area of crime of the minors theoretically and also upon the possibility of prevention of this sociopathological phenomenon.The crime division of the minors is briefly described and the analysis of the crime development in Prostějov region has been carried out from 2003- 2007.The basic procedures and the communication processes are listed when dealing with juvenile deliquents. The thesis is simultaneously pointing out the gradation of the crimes commited by the minors and it is noticing on the influencces leading to crimes.In the thesis there are selected crime cathegories,too. In the end I tried to find out what is the current opinion to the activities leading to entry to deliquence
