Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Podněsterskou moldavskou republiku a její současný status z hlediska suverenity státu. V práci je blíže popsán rozdíl mezi vnější a vnitřní státní suverenitou a principy státnosti jsou aplikovány na situaci v Podněstří. The bachelor thesis is focused on the Transnistrian Republic of Moldova and its current status from the point of view of the state sovereignty. The thesis describes the difference between external and internal state sovereignty and the principles of statehood are applied to the current situation in Transnistria.
