Cílem teoretické části práce bylo seznámit se s pojmy, které souvisí s logistickými operacemi. Jaké důležité otázky musí člověk řešit, pokud zvažuje možnost skladování. Zdali má tuto službu outsourcovat nebo ne. Dále jaké faktory vstupují do řešení rozvržení skladu a podle čeho se volí vybavení skladu. The aim of theoretical part of the thesis is to familiarize themselves with the concepts related to logistics operations. Which important questions is needed to be solved when someone has to deal with considering storage for example: whether this service is outsourced or not.
