Working hours vs. leisure relation as an industrial policy issue
Abstract:
Pracovní doba a doby odpočinku jako významná součást pracovněprávních vztahů. Práce je zaměřena na pracovní dobu, její rovnoměrné a nerovnoměrné rozvržení, práci přesčas a noční práci. Dále doby odpočinku jako jsou přestávky v práci (bezpečnostní, na jídlo a oddech) a nepřetržitým odpočinkem. Pozornost je rovněž věnována problematice porušování pracovní doby.
