Projective technique Drawing family in children’s drawing with behavior disorder

Abstract:

Problémem, na který jsme se zaměřili, je otázka, zda a jak se liší kresba rodiny dětí, u nichž byla diagnostikována porucha chování, od kresby rodiny dětí bez této poruchy. Zajímalo nás, zda je možné analýzou kreseb u těchto dvou skupin dětí a následným srovnáním, dospět k vymezení znaků, jejichž výskyt je typický pro kresbu dětí s poruchou chování. Vzhledem k omezeným možnostem statistického zpracování tohoto diagnostického materiálu jsou do práce zařazeny také kasuistické studie. Vycházíme z toho, že dětská kresba má významný diagnostický potenciál, který lze využít nejrůznějšími způsoby. V části teoretické se věnujeme tématu rodina, poruchám chování, dětské kresbě a jejímu vývoji, projektivním a zejména pak kresebným projektivním metodám, s důrazem na techniku Kresba rodiny.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to find an answer to the question whether and how the children’s drawings of families differentiate between kids who were diagnosed with behavior disorder from those kids without this disorder. We are interested to see, whether it is possible to differentiate the two groups of children by analyzing and comparing the characteristics of the drawings made by the children in the two groups. Because the statistics which can be performed on this observational study material are limited, there are also casuistic studies embedded in this thesis. We assume, that a child‘s family drawing has a remarkable diagnostic potential, which can be used in different manners. In the theoretical part we are focusing on the topics: family, children’s behavior disorder, children’s drawings and their evolution, projective techniques, especially projective drawing methods, with a special emphasis on the diagnostic technique of Family drawings.
