Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Outsourcing jako nástroj zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti podniku“ je analýza dopadu outsourcingu dopravy, včetně vlivu na konkurenceschopnost. V teoretické části popisuji vymezení pojmu outsourcing včetně důvodů, které vedou podniky k jeho realizaci. V praktické části analyzuji konkrétní dopady, výhody a rizika při outsourcingu, resp. insourcingu přepravy materiálu.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis “Outsourcing – an instrument increasing the ability to compete“ is an analysis of the impact of transport outsourcing, including the impact on competitive advantage.
