Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám testováním vybraných bloků karet rodiny COMBOv2 mimo běžné provozní podmínky (konkrétně se jedná o kartu COMBO-LXT). Teoretická část je proto nejdříve zaměřena na diagnostiku číslicových systémů, kde jsou například popsány typy a vznik poruch v číslicových systémech, a také jsou uvedeny metody testování číslicových systémů. Abstract:
In this bachelor´s thesis I´m dealing with testing of hardware accelerators (specifically is concerned COMBO-LXT card) out of service conditions. Hence theoretical part is aimed to diagnostic of digital systems, itroduction to programming language VHDL, which I used to implement generator of pseudorandom binary sequences (PRBS).
