Abstract:

V ekologických chovech skotu je většina krmné dávky kryta vlastní produkcí a je tedy úzká souvislost mezi disbalancí minerálních látek v půdě, v píci a ve výživě zvířat. Pokud množství minerálních látek v krmné dávce neodpovídá potřebám zvířete, dochází k narušení zdraví, oslabení reprodukce a následně i poklesu užitkovosti a ekonomickým ztrátám. Pravidelný monitoring minerálních látek v chovu skotu umožňuje odhalit původ případné disbalance a provádět cílená efektivní opatření. Příkladem je doplňkové krmivo minerálních lizů zkombinované dle potřeb. Na vybrané ekologické farmě byly odebrány vzorky půdy, píce a krve skotu a stanoven obsah Ca, P, Mg, Cu, Se a Zn. Analýzou půdy byl potvrzen výrazný deficit Se a zjištěn vysoký obsah Zn, Cu a Mg. Nižší koncentrace mikroprvků byla pozorována u píce. Analýza krve prokázala silný deficit Cu na jaře, hraniční hodnoty obsahu Ca a obsah Se u spodní hranice fyziologického rozmezí. Naopak obsah P v krvi byl nadlimitní.

Abstract:

In organic cattle farming, most of the ration is covered by its own production and there is therefore a close link between the inbalance of minerals in soil, forage and animal nutrition. If the amount of minerals in the feed ration does not meet the needs of the animal, there is a disruption of health, impaired reproduction and consequently decrease in efficiency and economic losses. Regular monitoring of minerals in cattle breeding allows to reveal the origin of possible inbalances and to implement targeted effective measures. An example is the supplementary feed on mineral licks combined according to needs. On selected organic farm were taken samples of soil, fodder and blood and the content was determied. Sample of soil, fodder and blood of cattle were collected by selected organic farm and Ca, P, Mg, Cu, Se and Zn content were determined. Soil analysis confirmed significant Se deficiency and found a high content of Zn, Cu and Mg. A lower concentration of microelements was observed in forage. Blood analysis showed a strong Cu deficiency in the spring, limit values of Ca content and Se content at the lowest limit of the physiological range. In contrast, the content of P in the blood was over the limit.
