Suggestion of Ways for Children´s and Adolescent´s Nourishment in Crisis
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout zajištění výživy dětí a mladistvých v krizových situacích. Potřebný příjem jednotlivých výživových faktorů pro děti a mladistvé byl převzat z práce Štikové (2013). Na základě těchto výživových dávek byly sestaveny jídelní lístky pro jednotlivé skupiny dětí a mladistvých na dobu 7 dní s odchylkou plnění 10 % pro makronutrienty a 20 % pro mikronutrienty. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to suggest provision of nutrition for children and adolescents in crisis. The recommended dietary intakes for the menus have been derived from the work of Štiková (2013).
