Ocenění tržní hodnoty podniku

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tržním oceněním podniku. Nejdříve jsou definovány základní pojmy. Poté jsou teoreticky vysvětleny analýzy a metody potřebné pro určení hodnoty podniku. A nakonec jsou tyto postupy provedeny na určité společnosti.
Abstract:
This dissertation covers business assessment. Firstly, it defines basic concepts. Subsequently, it explains necessary methods to examine business assessment as well as in-depth theoretical analysis on the subject. Furthermore, these methods and analysis were taken from real-life scenarios with the consideration of specific industries.
