Possibilities of psychosocial support of the family in the context of the work of the educational institute in Ostrava-Hrabůvka

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá prací Výchovného ústavu Ostrava - Hrabůvka v oblasti psychosociální podpory rodiny a sanace rodinných vztahů. Cílem práce je zmapovat tuhle oblast, vyhodnotit ji a navrhnout možnosti zdokonalení postupů a metod v této oblasti. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na klíčové oblasti uvedeného problému, předkládá teoretická východiska, označuje a osvětluje stěžejní pojmy. Praktická část práce se pak především zaměřuje na rozhovory s respondenty, na základě kterých je vyhodnocována současné situace realizace psychosociální podpory rodiny a klientů v rámci práce výchovného ústavu. Výsledky získané rozhovory jsou pak doplněny především statistickými výstupy. Na základě všech zjištění jsou pak zpracovány poznatky, které by v případě implementace do práce výchovného ústavu mohly zajistit efektivnější využití a výsledky této nabízené a potřebné služby.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the work of the Educational Institute Ostrava - Hrabůvka in the field of psychosocial support of the family and rehabilitation of family relationships. The aim of this work is to map this area, evaluate it and suggest ways to improve procedures and methods in this area. The theoretical part focuses on the key areas of the problem, presents the theoretical background, identifies and sheds light on the key concepts. The practical part of the work focuses mainly on interviews with respondents, based on which the current situation of the implementation of psychosocial support for families and clients within the work of the educational institution is evaluated. The results of the interviews are then supplemented mainly by statistical outputs. On the basis of all findings, findings are processed which, in the case of implementation into the work of the educational institution, could ensure more effective use and results of this offered and necessary service.
