Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou vazby a to v jejich nejčastějších formách - tedy vazby dospělých bez mezinárodního prvku. Tato problematika je obecně poměrně diskutovaným tématem již ze samé podstaty omezení osobní svobody v době, kdy není definitivně rozhodnuto o vině a trestu obžalovaného. Abstract:
This rigorous thesis deals with custody or rather most common custody situations – adult custody without international elements. This problematic is quite contentious topic. The nature and very essence of custody is restriction of personal freedom before it is decided about accused´s guilt and punishment.
