Práce se zaměřuje na rozbor institutu nájmu bytu a domu podle občanského zákoníku účinného od 1. 1. 2014. Úvodní část práce se zabývá stručným historickým vývojem nájemního bydlení, základními lidskými právy vztahujícími se k nájmu bytu a koncepčními východisky aktuální úpravy. This thesis is focused on the analysis of the institute of residential lease according to the Czech Civil Code effective since the 1st of January 2014. The introductory part deals with a brief historical progress of rental housing, basic human rights related to the residential lease and conceptual bases of the current statutory regulations.
