Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se nazývá Aplikace systému řízení rizik ve vybraném podniku ,,XY''. Cílem této práce je identifikace výrobně-operačních rizik a doporučení na zlepšení systému řízení těchto rizik jako součásti risk managementu v automobilové výrobě. První část práce je teoretickou základnou v oblasti problematiky řízení rizik v podniku. Tyto teoretické poznatky a postupy jsou dále zpracovány pomocí adekvátních metod v praktické části. Kde jsou aplikovány do prostředí konkrétního podniku. Hlavním přínosem této práce je komplexní přehled rizik a doporučení, jak by mohl tento podnik v budoucnu postupovat v jejich řízení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is called The application of risk management system in a chosen company ,,XY''. The aim of this thesis is to identify production-operational risks and recommendations for improving the risk management system as a part of the automotive production. The first part of the thesis is the theoretical basis in the field of risk management which is implemented in a company. These theoretical knowledge and principles are further elaborated using appropriate methods in the practical part where they are applied to a production environment. The main acquisition of this thesis is the complex overview of risks and recommendations how this company can solve and manage these risks in the future.
