Cílem této diplomové práce je výtvarné zpracování filmu podle scénáře Michaela Chabona, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické, tedy vlastního návrhu. Teoretická část se zabývá historií zlaté ery komiksu a filmovými adaptacemi komiksu.
