Daňový poriadok - nová procesná norma vo veciach správy daní

Tax code new process standard concerning procedural tax
Abstract:
Description of work The subject of my bachelor work was to characterize the current legislation of Tax administration in Slovakia, as well as the Tax law taking effect in 2012. I mentioned the amendment of current law of Tax administration by Tax policy, UNITAS program and I briefly compare the different laws of Tax administration.

Anotácia práce Témou mojej bakalárskej práce bolo charakterizovať súčasnú právnu úpravu správy daní na Slovensku, taktiež aj daňový poriadok ktorý naberie účinnosť až v roku 2012. Spomenul som novelizáciu súčasného zákona správy daní daňovým poriadok, program UNITAS a stručne som porovnal jednotlivé zákony správy daní.
