The Performance of Logistics Services in the System of Business Performance

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá měřením výkonnosti podniku se zaměřením na výkonnost logistických služeb. Nejprve jsou definovány pojmy související s měřením výkonnosti podniku, popsány druhy měřítek a systém Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Poté jsou vymezeny služby, logistické služby, logistické činnosti a způsoby měření výkonnosti logistických služeb. Nakonec jsou logistické služby analyzovány v systému BSC. V praktické části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu důležitosti logistických služeb v maloobchodních prodejnách při dodávkách spotřební chemie.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on business performance measurement with focus on logistics services performance. The first, terms related to measurement of the business performance are defined and different types of the scales and the system Balanced Scorecard (BSC) are described. Then the services, logistics services, logistics activities and measurement methods of the logistics services are explained. In conclusion the logistics services are analysed in the Balanced Scorecard system. The results of the quantitative research of logistics services importance in retail stores in the supply of consumer chemistry are presented in the practical part of this thesis.
