Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout a naplánovat svatbu v hotelu Iberia v Opavě. Teoretická část se zabývá provozováním gastronomických podniků, event managementem a marketingem a klasifikací eventů. Praktická část se skládá z realizací průzkumu s využitím metody dotazování, pomocí techniky dotazníkového šetření a řízeného rozhovoru. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and plan a wedding at the Iberia Hotel in Opava. The theoretical part deals with the operation of catering businesses, event management and marketing and classification of events.
