Research of the customer satisfaction in sport center VRŠA

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit pomocí analýzy, s jakým aspektem byli zákazníci nejvíce spokojeni a který aspekt měl největší závislost na celkovou spokojenost hráčů sportovního centra VRŠA. Bylo využito dotazníkové šetření obsahující 13 otázek. Hráči mohli své odpovědi vložit do zařízení (telefon, tablet), nebo využít dotazník v tištěné formě. Výběr respondentů proběhl pomocí metody systematického výběru, kdy byl po prvním náhodném respondentovi vybrán každý 15. hráč nebo hráčka. Po analýze se zjistilo, že na celkovou spokojenost zákazníků měla největší závislost spokojenost s areálem VRŠA. Dále se zjistilo, že jsou hráči nejvíce spokojeni s personálem sportovního centra.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze with what aspect the customers were most satisfied and which aspect had the greatest dependence on the overall satisfaction of the customers of the sport center VRŠA. A questionnaire survey with 13 questions was used. Custumers could put their answers on the divice (phone, tablet) or record them in a paperback questionnaire. The selection of respondents was done using the systematic selection method, where every 15th customer was selected after the first random respondent. It was found, that the satisfaction with VRSA sport complex had the greatest dependence on the overal satisfaction of the customer. It was also found that customers are most satisfied with the staff of the sports center.
