Central Bank and its Competences

Abstract:

Centrální banku má dnes již většina států. Tyto instituce se ve velké míře objevily v průběhu 20. století a byly zakládány v reakci na různé podněty. Cílem bakalářské práce „Centrální banka a její kompetence“ je srovnat legislativní podmínky založení, vývoj kompetencí a faktického fungování centrálních bank Švédska, České republiky, Austrálie a Kanady v průběhu jejich existence. Dílčím cílem je zejména popis zmíněných aspektů u stanovených centrálních bank a proměnlivosti jejich nezávislostí. Při plnění hlavního a dílčího cíle budou použity metody analýzy, syntézy a komparace.

Abstract:

Most states have already established a central bank by now. These institutions emerged in large quantities during the 20th century and were established in response to various incentives. The goal of the bachelor thesis “Central Bank and its Competences” is to compare legislative conditions, evolution of competences and factual functioning of central banks of Sweden, Czech Republic, Australia and Canada during their existence. Partial goal is the description of those aspects and changeability of central bank’s independence. Analysis, synthesis and comparison are methods used to accomplish the main and partial goals.
