Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pokut, přestupkového řízení a přestupků obecně. Součástí bakalářské práce je rovněž historický exkurz, který je zaměřen na právní úpravu pokut a přestupků na našem území během důležitých historických milníků.
