Predmetom diplomovej práce: „Riadenie pobočky nadnárodnej spoločnosti – vzťah centrály a pobočky“ je rozbor vzťahov medzi centrálou a vybranou pobočkou pred a po zmene organizačnej štruktúry v podniku.
