Abstract:

Cílem teoretické části je charakterizace technik Lean Managementu a Kaizen události jako hlavních metod pro neustálé zefektivňování sektoru služeb, dále popis konkrétních nástrojů používaných při implementaci a očekávané důsledky. Výsledkem praktické časti je zhodnocení zavedení těchto metod v konkrétní společnosti poskytujicí sdílené služby, vyhodnocení nejvíce vyhovujících nástrojů a doporučení jak se vyvarovat obvyklým chybám při zavádění.

Abstract:

The goal of theoretical part is to describe implementation techniques and tools of the Lean Management and Kaizen Even as main continuous improvement methods and to characterize in details the implementation phases and the expected outcomes. The result of the practical part is evaluation of the actual continuous improvement execution in shared services working environment, the assessment of the most suitable techniques and tools and recommendations for common implementation mistakes elimination.
