„Strategie rozvoje firmy“ je návrh strategie rozvoje firmy konkrétního podniku. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V první části práce se věnuji zejména teoretickému vymezení problematiky s využitím dostupné odborné literatury. The goal of the submitted thesis “Company development strategy” is to propose a company development strategy for a concrete company. This work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part.
