The "Bona Fides" as a Part of the Usucaption in Roman Law and Today
Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma „Bona fides jako podmínka vydržení v římském právu a dnes“ se zaměřuje na institut bona fides z historického pohledu a dále jako na jednu z podmínek vydržení jako nabytí vlastnického práva mj. držbou a to jak v římském, tak v našem právním řádu.
Abstract:
Master's thesis on the subject of „Bona fides as a condition for usucaption in Roman law and today“ disserts on the bona fides of the Institute of historical perspective and as one of the conditions of usucaption as the acquisition of property rights, inter alia, possession of both the Roman and in our legal system.
