This diploma thesis deals with the legal status of Roman Catholic Church in the past and today. It is specialized to the territory of Czechoslovakia and Czech and Slovak republic of today. Abstract:
Táto diplomová práca pojednáva o právnom postavení Rímskokatolíckej cirkvi v minulosti a dnes. Je špecializovaná na územie Československa a dnešnú Českú a Slovenskú republiku. Práca je rozdelená na dve hlavné časti - prvá časť sa zaoberá obdobím komunizmu v Československu a druhá hovorí o súčasných otázkach o cirkvi. V práci je jeden hlavný zámer, poukázať na zmenu právnej úpravy v tejto oblasti.
