Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výživu seniorů žijících v domácím prostředí. Je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována stáří samotnému a změnám, které v tomto období probíhají v těle, či ovlivňují život starého člověka, okrajově je zmíněna finanční situace seniorů, dále se věnuje jednotlivým složkám výživy a jejich nedostatku, hodnocení stavu výživy a specifikům …more

This bachelor thesis is focused on nutritional status of the elderly living at home. It's divided into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part is about old age itself and changes which the body goes through in this life period or influence on the life of an old person, briefly mentions the financial situation of the elderly, and at last deals with particular nutrition substances …more
