Disabled individuals and their integration into a company

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je Zdravotně postižení jedinci a jejich integrace v podniku. Cílem této práce je zjistit možnosti začlenění, zdravotně postižených osob, na trh práce. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se budu zabývat jednotlivými druhy postižení a dále budu psát o možnostech podpor k zaměstnání osob zdravotně postižených. V praktické části se budu zabývat organizací Modrý klíč, kde se nacházejí chráněná pracovní místa. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat denní režim a zapojení zdravotně postižených jedinců do zaměstnání, které zjistím na základě pozorování zaměstnanců v chráněných dílnách. Dále bych ráda uskutečnila rozhovor s jedním z asistentů Modrého klíče.

Abstract:

The topic of my Bachelor thesis is Disabled individuals and their integration into a company. The aim of this thesis is to determine the possibilities of integrating disabled persons into the labour market. This Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I will be focusing on various kinds of disabilities and will write about possible disability benefits for employees. The practical part will address the Modrý klíč organisation, which provides sheltered job opportunities. The goal of the practical part of the thesis is to analyse the daily routine and participation of disabled individuals at their workplace, which I will find out based on observing employees in sheltered workshops. I would also like to conduct an interview with one of the assistants at the Modrý klíč organisation.
