Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Investiční činnost patří mezi nejdůležitější aktivity, jejíž úspěšnost podmiňuje dlouhodobou prosperitu podniků. My bachelor paper deals with an investment evaluation issue. The investment activity belongs to the most important business task. Its level of success implicates the long-time prosperity of all entrepreneurial activities.
